Botanists can detect tree embolisms by means of sound recordings. These recordings show syncopated rhythms reminiscent of flamenco. Paula Bruna, Jordi Martínez Vilalta and some members of the Institut del Teatre's Laboratorio de Investigación des del Flamenco will discuss communication between humans and trees through flamenco, focusing on listening and accompaniment between species in a context of global change. 

This dialogue is a presentation of the project's work process and, in particular, a debate on the challenges faced in this situation.
