Pastora Martínez Samper
Pastora Martínez Samper is Vice President for Globalisation and Cooperation at the University Oberta de Catalunya (UOC). She holds a PhD in Physical Sciences, has a Master Degree in Business Management (MBA) and in Leadership and Management of Science. She is also evaluator of the Spanish Research Agency (former ANEP) and the Spanish Institute of Health Carlos III (ISCIII). Currently, she is a member of the Expert Group on Open Science at the European University Association.
