The Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona is one of the city's cultural reference points. Its wide-ranging offer aims to promote the creation, research, dissemination and debate of contemporary culture in all its aspects, including scientific and technological. Within its offer, the centre has a clear commitment to science and its intersection with all other areas of culture. The activities of the Biennial will take place in its Teatre Building, the old 1912 theatre designed by the architect Josep Goday, which has been remodelled into the centre's space and is accessed from Plaça Joan Coromines.
