Toni Pou

Physicist, science writer, co-director of the Postgraduate Programme in Science Communication at the University of Vic (UVic) and co-founder of the science communication agency Eduscopi.
He holds a degree in Physics from the University of Barcelona and has built a prominent career in science communication. For seven years, he coordinated the science supplement of the newspaper ARA, and he is a regular contributor to magazines such as El Món d'Ahir and to various programmes on Catalunya Ràdio and other media outlets.
He is co-director of the Postgraduate Programme in Science Communication at the University of Vic and co-founder of Eduscopi. He has curated L’Àrtic es trenca, an itinerant exhibition produced by CosmoCaixa, as well as the Ciència Radical series at the Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona, and he served as deputy director of the podcast Radicals lliures (Catalunya Ràdio).
He is the author of several popular science books and a science-themed novel, and scriptwriter and executive producer of the audio fiction Impura sang (3Cat). His career has been recognised with several awards.
