He is the coordinator of the scientific information channel Big Vang at La Vanguardia, the newspaper where he has worked since 1990 as a journalist specialising in science and health. Previously, he had worked for the magazine Carrer Gran and the Diari de Barcelona. He is a contributor to RAC1, TV3 and LaSexta. He has published seven books, the latest of which is Baselga, el metge que volia canviar el món. He has been awarded, among others, by the Spanish Society of Medical Oncology, by the Catalan Society of Mathematics and by the Academy of Television in the category of Lifetime Achievement. He has been a member of the Scientific Advisory Committee of Covid-19 of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
