What is the time, does time exist, how is time observed and measured, how is time perceived? As Saint Augustine said, "if nobody asks me, I know it, but if I want to tell what I ask, I don't know it".

“Time” is a multifaceted concept, which admits different conceptions and as such, throughout this conference we will go through its different aspects; its philosophical conception, its physical conception, the history of calendars, the history of clocks, and the history of biological clocks and the subjective perception of time.
