Due to their format, taste and versatility, pulses are one of the healthiest and most traditional snacks.
Faced with the growing trend of snackification of our food consumption, this proposal intends to make the tradition of cooked legume stalls in the markets more visible. For this reason, in the market of Sants will be distributed paper rolls of pulses (alone or seasoned with different condiments) with which, in addition to enjoy them, you can discover curiosities, evidence and historical data of pulses, their production, marketing and consumption.
