We increasingly use personal assistants such as Alexa or OK Google, or rely on automatic translation. Today, companies already rely on automatic systems for personnel selection and banks use them for lending.
Artificial intelligence is dramatically improving the performance of many companies and so-called deep learning is at the core of many applications we use on a daily basis. What is all this recent technology capable of?
Artificial intelligence has a lot of advantages, however, there are also many limitations. One of the most striking is the fact that this technology lacks social equity. One has to wonder, therefore, if artificial intelligence can reduce the biases we have as humans. We will discuss this as we explain various improvements in this area.
