PhD in Fine Arts from the University of Barcelona (UB) with a thesis on art and political ecology. From her double perspective as an environmentalist and artist, she uses artistic research as a form of knowledge in which different disciplines are hybridised.

Her interest is focused on the study of the conflict between a society based on economic growth and the limited nature of the environment that sustains it. In recent years, she has been researching the shaping of the narrative of the Anthropocene from a non-human point of view, through a combination of science, fiction and art. Her hypothesis is that exploring points of view other than the current anthropocentrism has an effect on ecological awareness and opens up the range of possible ways of coexistence. 

The results of her artistic research have been presented at various conferences, publications (Re-Visiones, BRAC, Ecología Política), workshops on art and ecology (Hangar, La Escocesa, Calafou, Centre del Carme de Cultura Contemporània, UAB) and art events and exhibitions (Arts Santa Mònica, SWAB Barcelona Art Fair, CCCB, CAN Farrera, La Escocesa, FASE + Dràcul·la, Proyector International Videoart Festival, and Kunstraum Lakeside in Austria). She was awarded the Guasch-Coranty Grant for artistic creation 2018-19, La Escocesa Research and Experimentation Grant '19, and Grant for research and innovation in the fields of visual arts, new creative sectors, performing arts, music and thought 2020 (OSIC, Generalitat de Catalunya). During the academic year 2020-2021, she has participated in the En Residència programme (promoted by ICUB and CEB) at the Vapor del Fil Institute. She has held artistic residencies at Hangar (2017-2020), Cultivamos Cultura (Portugal, 2021) and is currently an artist-in-residence at La Escocesa.
