Studied Geography at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and Engineering in Geodesy and Cartography at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). PhD in Engineering by the National University of Rosario (UNR) in Argentina. He has technical publications in the field of glaciology and remote sensing in the areas of the Andes and Patagonia, but is currently part of the Group of Studies on Territory, Power and Ecologies from the South (ESTEPES) of the Argentine Research Institute (CONICET - CIT Santa Cruz), where he is finalizing research on energy megaprojects in Patagonia (oil, fracking and large hydropower) and their environmental impacts at local and global scale.
