As a member of the team at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC), she promotes the co-creation of a culture of equality and diversity through participatory processes and the empowerment of female researchers. She creates spaces of collective imagination to make the world of science more inclusive, horizontal, and a place where emotional bonds are nurtured. Furthermore, she promotes research centres as communities where researchers who come to Barcelona from all over the world find the best conditions, and the networking with other research centres in Catalonia and at an international scale.
