Adriana Gálvez
Responsible for innovation and food projects at the Alicia Foundation
Graduated in Biology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), she has completed the specialization course Nutrition as Medicine at the Open University of Catalonia (UOC) and the Master in Nutrition and Metabolism taught and coordinated by the Rovira i Virgili University (URV) in conjunction with the University of Barcelona (UB). She is currently working as project manager in the areas of Technological Development and Innovation; and Health and Good Habits, developing projects on innovation to support small producers in the agri-food sector.
