Xavier Duran
A chemist and a scientific journalist, he has a degree in Chemical Sciences and a PhD in Communication Sciences from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He works with TV3 and other media. He has written three novels and several books about science, including Why lionesses do not prefer blonds (and another 60 scientific curiosities) (2011), 100 molecules with which chemistry has changed history (a lot or a little) (2013) and Science in literature: a journey through the history of science as seen by writers throughout time (2015).
