Sílvia Simon

She has a degree in Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PhD in Science from the University de Girona (UdG). She has been titular professor of the Department of Physical Chemistry at the UdG since 2003. In 2008 she was awarded the Distinction of Quality in Teaching Practice by the UdG. She is currently Director of the Chair of Scientific Culture and Digital Communication. She is a member of the research group Molecular Modelling and Quantum Mechanical Methodology of the Institute of Computational Chemistry and Catalysis.
