Lluís Nacenta
Director of Hangar, Visual Arts Production and Research Centre. He is a professor, writer and curator in the fields of music and contemporary art. He has a degree in Mathematics, higher certificate in piano, a master’s in Comparative Studies in Literature, Art and Thought, and a PhD in Humanities, with a thesis on Musical Repetition. His research proposes a philosophical look (and listen) at the arts of sound, from an aesthetic and political perspective. He has published numerous articles in paper and digital media, and has curated exhibitions and concerts for Sónar+D, Arts Santa Mònica, the Barcelona Centre of Contemporary Culture (CCCB) and the Antoni Tàpies Foundation, among others.
