Ramon Canal Oliveras

He has a PhD in Political Science from the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). He has been a public manager and advisor to Manresa City Council, and a research coordinator and researcher at the Institute of Government and Public Policies. For some years he has also worked as a consultant on national and international projects, and as an associate professor of the UAB teaching public administration and local government. Since 2016 he has directed Barcelona City Council’s Technical Programming Cabinet.
