M. Rosa Palacín

The deputy-director of the Institute of Materials Science in Barcelona (ICMAB). She has been the associate editor of the journal Chemistry of Materials (American Chemical Society) since 2016 and was the scientific co-director (2010-2017) of ALISTORE-ERI, European Virtual Institute for Research, developing materials for batteries. Her career as a researcher includes activity in commercial technologies (nickel, lithium-ion) and emergent ones (sodium-ion) or radically new ones (calcium).
