Júlia Borràs
She is a Ramón y Cajal researcher, specializing in manipulation and robot hands. She studied Mathematics at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC) and Computing at the Open University of Catalonia, and did her PhD in Robotics at the Institute of Robotics and Industrial Computing (UPC-CSIC). Since then she has spent seven years doing research in the United States and Germany. In 2018 she returned to Catalonia in the context of a European project on the robotic manipulation of clothes and was awarded a Ramón y Cajal research grant.
