Jesús Contreras
He is emeritus professor of Social Anthropology at the University of Barcelona (UB). His most recent research is on the links between the evolution of life forms and changes in food. He is the author of, among others, Alimentación y cultura: Perspectivas antropológicas (2005) and Comemos como vivimos: alimentación, salud y estilos de vida (2006).
