Floodup

A project aimed at improving knowledge of flooding and heavy rain and their impact, as well as increasing the information that the scientific community has. It has created tools for sharing observations of recent and historical flooding, rainfall and other phenomena. It also gathers observations of historic high-water marks, places vulnerable to flooding and measures of adaptation to episodes of heavy rainfall.
