Eva Garcia Chueca
She is the scientific coordinator of the Global Cities programme of the Barcelona Centre for International Affairs (CIDOB). She is Doctor Cum Laude in Post-colonialism and Global Citizenship from the University of Coïmbra, has a master’s in Human Rights from the University of Barcelona and from the European Inter-University Centre for Human Rights and Democratization, and she has a degree in Law from the University of Barcelona. She was a member of the United Nations Habitat III Political Unit on the Right to the City and has been executive coordinator of the United Cities and Local Governments (CGLU) Committee on Social Inclusion, Participative Democracy and Human Rights.
