DISCUSSION ABOUT ART AND SCIENCE

To talk about art and science is to talk about mankind’s vocational urge to go out into the world with all its senses and try to understand it with the tools and knowledge that it has (real or imagined). What happens when art, science and technology work together? What have we learned so far about this collaboration? What do scientists, technologists and artists get out of it? And society and people in general?

Behind these questions there are universal question marks about mankind, nature, life, the world and the universe, and about the experiences that shape us as human beings. This dialogue between internationally renowned experts hopes to show examples of the hybridization of art and science, and to reflect on these and many other questions with a far-reaching informed view.
