As we age, some of our body tissues and organs do not function as they always have. One way to guarantee a dignified quality of life during ageing is to replace those tissues and organs that cannot perform their function, which implies the development of new biomaterials capable of integrating into our body in the best possible way. Human mini-organs to understand COVID-19
