By Joana Pi-Suñer, Catalan Institute of Nanoscience and Nanotechnology (ICN2).
When we enter the nanometric scale, that of atoms and particles, surprising things happen. In the nano world, the very small size means that the properties of materials are not the same. The colour of things also changes when we make them small. Come and use the knowledge of nanotechnology to create a stained glass window like those made in the Middle Ages.
