Encouraging scientific vocation is like rowing a seed: it is a long-term investment that should bear fruit in the future, with clear and positive repercussions in our society. This year, the 100tífiques program has successfully gathered more than 200 women with a sci-tech profile. All of them, in the framework of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11, 2021), have shared their experience in the sci-tech career with students from 100 schools in Catalonia. In this meeting, we wish to thank them for their work and discuss their contribution as role models for the promotion of other women in scientific careers.
