PhD in Communication by the University Rovira i Virgili (URV), coordinator of the Master in Strategic Communication of the URV, researcher and journalist. She has published articles on political communication, framing and radio in journals such as Journalism Studies and Radio Journal. After several years as a radio journalist (COM Radio, Cadena SER and Catalunya Ràdio), she is now devoted to research and teaching.

She is currently working on the critical analysis of metaphor in political discourses and on issues of memory and post-memory in media and cultural products. She has formed a tandem with Nereida Carrillo from the beginning to promote and give continuity to the Learn to check media education project, through which she carries out dissemination and research tasks. She is currently collaborating in a research on anti-vaccine discourses in social networks.
