PhD in Agricultural Engineering specialized in Food Industries and Professor of the University School of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). First Vice-President of the Spanish Society of Organic Agriculture (SEAE). Member of the Scientific Committee of 5 a Day and also member of the Advisory Board of the World Center for Sustainable Food (CEMAS).
Author of 41 articles published in journals indexed in the Journal Citation Reviews (JCR) and 58 articles in non-indexed journals of dissemination and technology transfer of dissemination in the sector.
She is the author of six popular science books, eight book chapters, more than 200 contributions to national and international congresses, and more than 200 conferences. She has been awarded several prizes on the agro-environment in the section of biological-ecological agriculture and in the section of natural spaces in danger of degradation and their sustainable use. She also received an award for the defense of the environment and in the research and defense of organic agriculture among others.
