Chilean artist living in Barcelona, she is also dedicated to writing, research, pedagogy and self-instituting practices. 

Her work addresses the relationship between high and low culture, between high-tech and low-fi, north-south relations and methodologies. She studied visual arts, a master's degree in Creative Documentary and a PhD in Audiovisual Communication. She is the author of several books and articles in different publications. She is currently finalizing her research Metodologies subnormals in addition to making embroideries, collages, installations and performances.
