PhD in Medicine. Retired Professor of Health Education and strategic advisor to the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC-CNS). He is president of the Institute of International Relations of the Royal European Academy of Doctors, corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of the Basque Country and full member of the Academy of Sciences, Engineering and Humanities. He is the author of 14 books and more than 60 research papers, and the director of 14 doctoral theses. He is also an internationally recognized lecturer on health, communication, leadership and motivation. Creator of the Campus of Excellence.
