PhD in Psychology and Master in Behavioral Assessment and Measurement. He is a professor and researcher in the Department of Psychology at the University Rovira i Virgili (URV), where he teaches Developmental and Educational Psychology in undergraduate and master's degree courses. He is also director of the Master in Coaching Personal Development and Psychosocial Vulnerability at the same university.

His research focuses on psychosocial variables that influence human development and on prejudice, discrimination and stigmas in education. He is the author of several articles in high impact scientific journals. He has completed his studies through various competitive grants, such as the Carolina Foundation and Martí i Franquès.
