Shepherd of sheep and his trajectory places him as the reference of the ecological peasantry in Spain. He has participated in major mobilizations and defenses of peasant agriculture. He is the founder of the Plataforma Rural - Alianza miedo un mundo rural vivo (Rural Platform - Alliance for a living rural world), has set up the Escuela de Líderes Campesinos (Peasant Leaders School) and the Universidades Rurales (Rural Universities). Promoter of the first village or ecovillage of the state, Amayuelas de Abajo, he has traveled to many places in the world in the framework of La Via Campesina contacting with other rural issues at the international level.
