Originally from Badalona, the sea has always been the guiding thread of his personal and professional career. He studied at the Faculty of Marine Sciences of the University of Vigo (UVigo) and the Master's Degree in Environmental Change at the University of Girona (UdG). She is currently finishing her doctoral thesis at the Department of Physical Oceanography of the Institute of Marine Sciences (ICM-CSIC). The thesis focuses on the interaction between ocean circulation and climate variability in the tropical Atlantic. Motivated to explore the multiple links between planetary life and ocean dynamics, he is also involved in other research projects in the field of physical oceanography, citizen science and climate.
