Graduate in Business Administration and Management, with a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management. She has a degree in Biological Sciences and a master's degree in Psychobiology and Cognitive Neuroscience. She is certified in Neuromarketing and Innovation by ESADE.
She has 25 years of professional experience in people development, human resources management, leadership and change management in multinationals and as an external consultant for large companies in various sectors.
She is Director of INGINIUM, a strategic human capital consultancy focused on transformation, diversity and sustainability. She is an associate professor at ESADE Business School in the areas of leadership and management of high-performance teams, and academic director of innovation and digital transformation programmes from the perspective of talent. She is a member of the teaching and management staff of programmes to promote female leadership aimed at female managers and young girls, respectively.
She is an active member of the association 50 to 50 shared leadership, was a member of the European Communication Research and Education Association and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Women360Congress on health, technology and women managers and professionals. She is also a speaker and media contributor.
