Claudia Arteaga Serrano
Professor of Social Communication and Director of the FIDAL Foundation
She has a degree in Social and Business Communication and a master's degree in Organizational Communication and Public Relations. She has also studied History and Geography. She has been a university professor and advisor to different business groups. She developed as executive director of the FIDAL Foundation with projects such as the Educational Excellence Contest and the Training Center for the Future. In addition, she has actively participated in recruitment programs and as a lecturer both in Ecuador and abroad.
She is currently executive director of the FIDAL Foundation, she has been CEO of the company A.S. Producciones, a lecturer at the Faculty of Communication, Linguistics and Literature at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Ecuador (PUCE) and joined Kreab Ecuador, an international communications, reputation and public affairs consulting firm as CEO in September 2017.
