Carles Soler Novàs
Expert in food sovereignty and transformation
BSc in Veterinary Science, with 25 years of experience in international cooperation and rural development, 15 years in the field of defense of food sovereignty and the right to food, and 10 years in food systems and policies, in research and publication of articles and advice on food policies.
He has coordinated several studies on issues such as collective catering, school canteens, shared workshops or land ownership. He is part of the technical team of the Asociación Comedores Ecológicos, Revista Soberanía Alimentaria, Biodiversidad y Culturas, the cooperative El Pan Entero SCCL and the association for social transformation Pole Pole.
