Completely empirically, the world of magic has built up a wisdom of its own and has learned to interfere in the working mechanisms of the audience’s brains in order to achieve its wonderful effects.

In this talk, we shall learn how our brain works and what strategies it uses, paying attention to the aspects of neuroscience that are behind magic. With practical examples, taken from everyday life, we shall understand how our senses and our memories can be manipulated and interfered with.
