Izaskun García-Mantrana
She has a degree in Pharmacy from the University of Navarre, with a master’s in Food Quality and Safety from the University of Valencia. She is a postdoctoral researcher at the CSIC Institute of Agricultural Chemistry and Food Technologies. Her research currently focuses on the European MAMI project on the importance of maternal microbiota for children’s health.
