HOMO SAPIENS URBANUS
8 SCIENTIFIC VIEWS OF THE MOST COMPLEX ORGANISM WE KNOW
Using the format of the Science Slams, the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB) is offering us micro-stories about science in eight events with young researchers (post-doctoral researchers and predoctoral students). Each of the informative talks will last eight minutes and will deal with the biology of an emergent species, little studied to date: Homo sapiens [urbanus], with a wide range of points of view, from bytes and molecules to the whole organism and populations.
Organized by the research centres that make up the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB), this activity makes it possible to talk thoroughly about a wide variety of scientific discoveries, but in a brief format and an enjoyable, fun way.
