Cecilio Angulo

He has a PhD in Sciences from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia ‒ BarcelonaTech and a master’s in Mathematics from the University of Barcelona. He is an associate professor in the Department of Automatic Control of the UPC ‒ BarcelonaTech, director of the master’s in automation and robotics, and director of the Knowledge Engineering Research Group, where he is in charge of research projects in the field of social cognitive robotics. He has written more than 250 technological publications. His interests include research into machine learning algorithms for the processing of biomedical signals and social robotics in therapeutic systems.
